Pam Leith
ARTIST STATEMENT
“THERE IS NOTHING PERMANENT EXCEPT CHANGE”
- Heraclitus
Pamela’s art primarily involves carefully embroidering on repurposed vintage linens. These linens evolve from their original ornate decorative use to become a non-traditional part of the fabric of today’s consciousness. Pamela’s other sources of inspiration are flax, once a living plant, and roving, once the sheep’s hair, to become 3-dimensional forms.
“TIME CHANGES THE WAY YOU PERCEIVE THE WORLD”
