About Diana Shaio Keevan:

Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia.

Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Duke University

While working at the Andes University in Bogota I did some biological drawings and art became a part of my life. Though not fomally trained as an artist I studied art at the David Manzur Academy in Colombia.

After moving to the U.S. in 1980 I continued to acquire knowledge and skills in the arts by attending classes and workshops. I have participated in shows in Colombia, Miami,Connecticut, New York, and California.

Most off my art consists of sculptures in terracotta,stone,wood and metal.
