ARTIST STATEMENT
In my work the materials and objects I use
include, wire, found objects, recycled
newspaper, encaustic, dyed canvas, computer
components, duct tape, various other
available materials. These materials can or
cannot, when they are cojoined with other
media, make up an important part of the
piece I am working on. The tactile, sensual
quality of the materials and the physical
processes of forming them become the
foundation and meaning of my work. In using
a variety of materials I am free to explore
unlimited artistic boundries. The path I
have chosen to follow is never dull but
daring and exciting.
