Marcia Kent

 



Artist's Statement

Marcia Kent works in the abstract using handmade paper, found objects, natural, man-made and recycled materials to create textural, three dimensional works, both framed and sculptural.  Ms. Kent is active in the Marin Society of Artists, past president for two years; she is a member of FiberMania and FiberDimensions; and she has worked with the Council of Music and Arts.  A native Californian and a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, she has exhibited widely.
