Artist Statement
I create unusual textures and shapes with
knitting, crochet, weaving, photo transfer,
and embroidery. I use materials such as
bicycle inner-tube strips, Chinese sea
grass, and recyclable materials. Thus, by
using unusual materials and traditional
craft techniques, I have created a new and
different look in textiles.
